GBS Procure asked us to carry out a review of their website as they were aware that it wasn't looking at its best in terms of style and function and wasn't maintained on a regular basis. They were keen to understand what options were available to significantly improve it. We highlighted key areas for improvement related to design, navigation and search engine optimisation.

We gave the website, which was built on the Wix platform, a fresh modern look, condensing the number of pages whilst maintaining content to enhance user experience and ease navigation.

To assist with search engine optimisation, keywords were included in the content copy as well as page meta titles and meta descriptions. A sitemap was created and submitted to Google and search engines for indexing.

Inclusion of a cookies banner and link to their privacy notice ensured adherence to GDPR requirements and inclusion of limited company details/VAT registration number to footer ensured compliance with Companies Act 2006 requirements.

As a finishing touch, we enabled their logo submark as a favicon and bookmark icon.
